Recently sold a home with this team. I had previously (like a year + before) gotten a market estimate from Katie who was always very helpful and zero pressure. At that time, I was 1/2 and 1/2 on selling (my mortgage was cheaper than rent in the area, so had to be great incentive to sell)
Long story shorter, I did end up deciding to sell. Got my questions answered all along the way. The staging consultant was very helpful and I ended up selling for 10% above listing price which, obviously, was pretty awesome.
They handled all the paperwork, all the showings, all the offers…it was super easy and I was kept in the loop the entire time.
The only thing more they could have done was help me move haha
