Hot Properties: Our team uses the technology available to us and scrubs listings on a daily basis to identify deals for our investors. If we find that there is a minimum of a $100,000 spread from the list price to the flip value then this will be sent out in a mass email to a core group of investors.
Flip Values: One of our greatest value propositions to you, the investor, is our Flip Value (or post-rehab value). We have found that the primary reason behind how accurate we are when predicting what homes will sell for in today’s market is because of the amount of business that we do on both the listing and buyer side. The average real estate agent sells 4-10 homes per year and we average 150. Because of this we are able to spot trends and shifts in the market in a matter of days instead of weeks or months.
