From books to read, Seahwak game schedules to restaurant gift cards and Evergreen State Fair tickets, we have thoroughly enjoyed the excitement of opening each package, most of which helped us become more familiar with our community here in the Seattle area. I always enjoy and am surprised when I find the package on our porch and am so sad that ours is coming to an end! September 2, 2016 /My wife and I have loved receiving the gifts through the loyalty program! We find ourselves looking forward to finding out what we will get in the mail each month, and we love the notes that come with the gifts to explain why they were chosen. Some of our favorite gifts have been Evergreen State Fair tickets, Marymoor Movie in the Park tickets and food truck vouchers, and some food seasonings. There is a variety in the gifts which also makes it exciting and fun. We have referred a friend, and are currently working on referring another; we're just not ready to be done being in the program!Read more

June 15, 2016 /Recently sold a home with this team. I had previously (like a year + before) gotten a market estimate from Katie who was always very helpful and zero pressure. At that time, I was 1/2 and 1/2 on selling (my mortgage was cheaper than rent in the area, so had to be great incentive to sell) Long story shorter, I did end up deciding to sell. Got my questions answered all along the way. The staging consultant was very helpful and I ended up selling for 10% above listing price which, obviously, was pretty awesome.
