Pickett Street Properties were very accommodating considering I was out of the country for all the documents to be signed remotely. Also there was a tenant that was procrastinating his move which required a lot of patience. Jesse helped take care of all upgrades and other necessities to make the sale go through seamlessly. And I got a better sale than the original listing!
