No one knows how to throw a party like Pickett Street. And by “throw a party,” I mean, treat their clients and team members with respect, compassion, and professionalism, host and participate in local and national events, and engage in the real estate market in endlessly fun and innovative ways.
With spring in the air, the Pickett Street team has several exciting events up their sleeves. Want to join in? Get in touch with the team at (425) 502-5397 or firstname.lastname@example.org and check out the list of upcoming events below:
When: Tuesday, April 17th @ 6-7:30pm
Where: 22614 Bothell Everett Hwy. Bothell, WA 98021
As a hopefully-soon-to-be-homebuyer, I’m seriously considering skyping in for this event. Not only will there be refreshments, this entirely free (!) class will feature the Pickett Street team and Cody Touchette from Caliber Home Loans. The class will cover the home buying process from start to finish, with information about loan and financing options, down payment options, and what you need to know about the current real estate market.
Contact Sarah Troske at email@example.com with any questions or to sign up.
When: April 5th through April 8th
This fun and inspiring weekend aims to empower real estate operations and administrative professionals. Come prepared to talk about how personal development leads to professional development, how to share your business and personal stories effectively, and how to use networking, hard work, and persistence to go after what you want in life.
When: Wednesday, April 25th
Where: Total Wine and More, 2701 184th St Sw Ste 108b, Lynnwood
Open to both seasoned real estate investors and those who are new to the game, this group meets monthly to talk about how to build passive income through real estate.
The next meetup will feature Margaret Smith and her experiences with house-hacking, which refers to buying either a single family home or a multi-unit property and renting out the other units or bedrooms to pay for your housing expenses. Expect refreshments. Again, I will be attempting to Skype in to this fantastic event.
When: May 10th
Red Day is the company’s annual day of service, in which Keller Williams offices across the country give back to the communities where they live and work. For more information about how to get involved, contact Pickett Street at (425) 502-5397 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where: all over Seattle and its surrounding suburbs
I’ll write more about this later in the month. For now, be sure to follow Pickett Street’s instagram as they tour local luxury homes and provide real estate inspiration.
- Margaret and Jesse talk real estate
Last but not least, Pickett Street’s owner Jesse Moore and director of operations Margaret Smith are starting a podcast! Some of the topics they plan to cover include: all things admin, interviews with locals, and consumer-focused sessions about real-estate related topics. Keep an eye on Pickett Street’s Facebook page and Instagram account for updates.
