I couldn’t be happier after using Jesse’s services to sell my home in Kirkland. I was working on a tight timeline as I needed to relocate. He helped me hire all the people needed to bring my home into necessary selling condition. He also nailed the market conditions and pricing strategy that got 150k over listed price. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Highly recommend.

I was faced with a personal and challenging financial situation. Jesse Moore stepped in and quickly gained my trust while assuring me that he could develop a strategy that would get my house sold while protecting my bare-bones income--and sell my house for more than I expected. And he did sell my house, and quickly--for a price that exceeded my expectations! His greatest strength is his trustworthiness and his honesty. He was totally upfront with me, and proved himself to be a man of his word while also being a great communicator keeping me regularly informed my phone, text and email. He smoothed the way, alleviated my concerns, and lifted burdens off my heart. I highly recommend Jesse if you want a man you can trust to work hard for you and produce great results!

"Did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results"

I picked Jesse Moore to be my seller's agent after interviewing a couple of other realtors. Jesse was straightforward and very much to the point. He gave me suggestions about what needed to be fixed in the house and he gave me time to get those things done. He prepared a booklet that had all the scenarios on what I could expect to get when I sold the house depending on what I invested to get it ready. He recommended that I stage the house have professional photos taken and have associates standing by to help when needed. I took all of his suggestions to heart. Jesse listed the house lower than I expected, which worried me a little bit. However, Jesse was spot-on with everything. When I finally put the house on the market, it sold in 2 days, and there were multiple offers, all more than what it was listed. Jesse did a fantastic job and I'm thrilled with the results. I only wish he was here to sell me a house in my new city and state!
