About Pickett Street Properties
Who is Jesse Moore?
Raised on a ranch in rural Montana, Jesse moved to the Puget Sound over eight years ago. He has spent the duration of that time in the real estate industry, specializing in marketing resale residential property. Known as a man with many friends and few acquaintances, Jesse enjoys working with home buyers because he believes in fostering relationships with his clients that extend beyond the purchase of their home. In turn, Jesse’s clients appreciate his easy demeanor, his open communication, and his compulsive tendency for honesty.
Jesse has a degree in English Literature from Montana State University. It was at MSU that he met his wife Kami, who works as a Cost Estimator for the Boeing 787 Program. Jesse is also a published writer, and although social and professional demands on his time have limited his creative desire, he is constantly under pressure from friends and family to write more. In his free time Jesse prefers to listen to music, update his personal website, watch movies, attend wine tastings, and fellowship with friends.
A valued member of The Pickett Street Team, Jesse is easily reached at any time at 425-876-0766, or by email at

Who is Dennis Pearce?
Born in Seattle, Dennis spent 20 years in The Last Frontier, (Alaska) including graduation from Homer High School on the Kenai Peninsula, and commercial fishing from Cook Inlet, Kodiak, Prince William Sound and Bristol Bay. When his commercial fishing career was abruptly ended by the 1989 Exxon Valdez oil spill, Dennis returned to the Seattle area to be closer to family, and put his Visual Communications degree from Western Washington University to use.
Over 10 years of sales, marketing, advertising and project management provide a solid foundation for Dennis's expertise in guiding your real estate transaction. Marketing homes and advocating for buyers are natural extensions of this experience. A deep commitment to maximizing the customer experience using all of the team resources at his disposal, coupled with an intense enthusiasm for exceeding expectations make Dennis's personal motto: "Your Dreams Just Found a Home!" In his downtime, Dennis enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, sailing Lake Washington on his 19' catamaran, flyfishing, backpacking and snowboarding the local venues.

Who is Lisa Bender?
Lisa was born in Seattle and has lived in the area all of her life. She loves the Pacific Northwest! Growing up in the Lynnwood area, she remembers when Alderwood Mall was really just a large growth of Alder trees. During this time she spent many successful years in 4-H and later became a 4-H leader, where she started to foster her gifts for counseling others on personal development.
She eventually became a full charge bookkeeper for a local music store with 3 locations and was responsible for basically everything with the exception of year-end taxes. She remained there for about 10 years until the sale of the company forced Lisa to broaden her life experiences. No stranger to numbers and deadlines, Lisa decided to dive into real estate.
She has been helping clients with their real estate needs for nearly 8 years, and has garnered a number of awards in that time (Rookie of the Year, 2000; International Sterling Society 2001, 2003 ,2004 & 2006; International Diamond Society 2005). Real Estate consulting is the perfect combination of counseling and bookkeeping and she really enjoys helping people move on to the next stage of their life - whatever that is.
She has 2 full grown children, has been married for 10 years and in her spare time enjoys creating beads/bead jewelry, being creative, playing with her pet prairie dogs, reading and she really wants to start traveling (near and far.)
Lisa is easily reached on her cell phone at 425-770-4438 and also by email lisa@pickettstreet.com.
