Who is Jesse Moore?
Raised on a ranch in rural Montana, Jesse moved to the Puget Sound in 2001. He has spent the duration of that time in the real estate industry, specializing as a listing agent for the Pickett Street Properties Team. With an eye for detail and a heart for his clients, Jesse is constantly educating himself on the nuances of the real estate industry. Passionate for his trade, Jesse is considered an expert on the short sale process and has a growing portfolio of bank-owned listings. His knowledge of the market has led him to be featured on two radio programs, including NPR’s Weekend Edition.
Jesse has a degree in English Literature from Montana State University. It was at MSU that he met his wife Kami, once a Boeing employee and now a dedicated wrangler of their two children. Jesse is also a published writer and is the primary scribe for the Pickett Street Blog.

Who is Dennis Pearce?
Born in Seattle, Dennis was raised in Alaska and returned to the Puget Sound in 1989 following the Exxon-Valdez oil spill, which put an end to his 10-year commercial fishing career. Since then he has worked as a project manager in the architectural industry, and in marketing for both the printing and real estate industries. Specializing as one of Pickett Street’s lead listing agents, Dennis’s outdoor pursuits have cultivated an interest in environmentally sound design and construction. This has led him to achieve the NAR’s Green certification, and has him currently pursuing the Eco-Broker designation.
Dennis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Photography and Graphic Design from Western Washington Univ. in Bellingham. It was at WWU that he met his wife Julie, now a Biological Technician for NOAA and mother of their one offspring, Jasmine. In his downtime, Dennis enjoys time with friends and family, photography, fly fishing, backpacking, mountain biking, racing sailboats, and snowboarding. Dennis is also a published photographer and is in charge of branding for the Pickett Street Team.

Who is John McCants?
John McCants has been investing in residential real estate since 1990 in Seattle and several markets throughout Washington State. John has been a licensed real estate broker since 1992. Working with his wife Debra and an experienced group of contractors they have developed a team approach toward buying, renovating, flipping and maintaining a solid portfolio of investment real estate with positive cash flow. Both John and Debra are natives of North Seattle and currently live in Snohomish County.
John has also been a trainer since 1994, speaking throughout the United States with Robert Kiyosaki and John Burley. John also joined together with national and regional real estate investors at Nouveau Riche Real Estate Investment College to further his career and mentor others as they get into the real estate game to attain their financial dreams and goals.
John’s financial goal was to retire at the age of 50 and start his retirement with a vacation in Fiji and travel the world. John met his financial goals and changed plans after seeing the financial crisis develop in the US and around the world. John and his wife Debra put retirement on hold and committed to increasing their investment portfolio due to the real estate recession and economic crisis.
Most recently John was honored to be invited to join the team at Pickett Street Properties & Keller Williams Realty in Bothell. The Pickett Street team saw a trend in the local foreclosure real estate market where investors like John could add tremendous value and additional services to the valued clients of the Picket Street Team.

Who is Jillian Farrar?
A Pacific Northwest native, Jillian was raised in Southwest Washington and has called Seattle home since 2000. Her knowledge of Seattle's unique neighborhoods and the surrounding communities is most valuable while working with buyers to find the right home to fit their personalities and lifestyles.
Jillian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and has experience in diverse aspects of customer service and sales. From positions with restaurants and airlines, to selling specialty building materials for the design and construction industry, Jillian's foremost objective is to ensure her clients' satisfaction. She believes that life is too precious to limit your dreams and her goal is to help others find the answer to their dreams of home ownership.
When she's not scoring her clients a great deal in their real estate transaction, Jillian is scoring touchdowns with her flag football team. She is a fan of all Seattle sports and also enjoys snowboarding, cycling, and gardening. She and her husband Mark love taking road trips throughout our beautiful state for wine tasting, hiking and camping.
